Key info not showing on jog wheel

Hi, 

I've had my ddj 1000 for about 2 weeks, was working fine showing the key info on the jog and yesterday it stopped displaying, I analyse my tracks with Mixed In Key and after reading on this forum I notice there was a issue with using the the Camelot notation, I re-anylsed my tracks with MIK to display Key info as # then reimported the tracks allowing RB to analyse without key info but it's still not showing the key info on the jog wheel.

Any help appreciated.
