If the song you've matched has an intro / outro edit, simply adjust the compensation for that particular track:

Depending on the edit and timing, you may need to mess around until you find the setting that matches 100%.
Another newbie question. In regards to Lyric, some of my files have intro/outros - Lyric works, but it seems off. I am assuming this is due to it being some sort of edit?

I'm having the same issue with all of my tracks being off. How does the math work on this?
1. Do we count from the start of the track to when the 1st lyric starts? Is that where count the delay compensation? (this doesn't work for me)
Lets say a an intro look 14sec until the 1st lyric starts, I added 14000ms delay and its still not in sync
2. Do we have to find the original track, find where the lyric starts and then + the milisec? That's just alot of researching for everytrack
3. What about remixes that has a different tempo from the original tracks? How to we adjust those.
An original track bpm is 100, but the remix is at 105bpm, how can this be aligned?
@Vinom > Some answers for you...
1 & 2) No -- what you would want to do is compare the original track for which the lyric was created and determine the delay difference between that version and your version for the offset amount. If the regular version lyrics start at 10s and yours are at 20s, you would put 10,000ms as the delay, not 20,0000. Sorry, but that's unfortunately how it works at this time.
3) Those wouldn't be a match; we don't recommend trying to match different tempo remixes to the original version lyrics.
so for now this plug in only works with the original version only???
I've just buy the rekordbox video and pay for the rekordbox lyric.
???
Provided the middle portion of the song is the same as the original, just adjust the offset. I've used plenty of Promo Only Intro Edit videos which are effectively the original song with an extended in / out, and setting the offset makes it work just fine.
