I hope y'all are well.
I'm posting in regards to proper functionality of a DDJ-SX2. I'm curious if anyone has had the issue explained below.
Equipment/software:
2015 MBP (tried also on 2012 MBP and 2015 iMac)
DDJ-SX2 (multiple usb cables utilized, latest firmware and drivers intalled)
Serato Pro DJ (multiple versions)
So, basically, if both shift buttons are pressed simultaneously it will cause the jog wheel to get stuck in "skip mode". Causing the jog wheel to act like needle search or function like shift is being held down, when it isn't.
It won't disengage until the shift button for the corresponding jog wheel is pressed again.

I am simply wondering if this is a issue with my hardware or of other people are easily able to recreate this issue.
Sometimes both shift buttons have to be pressed several times simultaneously to cause this (which makes me think there is def something wrong with the hardware).

It seems to be a "shift lock" (as that's what happens when you hold shift and rotate the jog), and that could be a good thing under certain circumstances, but given that you're the first to post this, I wouldn't say it's a problem. Just don't press both shift buttons at the same time! ;)
