DDJ-RZX ROBOT effect 0% Rekordbox crash :(

I have a DDJ-RZX controller connected to USB 3.0 port a laptop i7 4 cores 16GB SSD WIN10 Rekordbox 5.2.3 Firmware 1.09 Drivers 1.021 generally everything works well until you do not use the ROBOT effect set to 0% rekordbox is crashing (after some time there but it is not forgivable during Live) and there is noise (no controller (it's all time on), disabling the program and usb and reconnecting usb helps) and so I have similar effects with certain parameters.
