Help from rekordbox!

Hi, since buying in general, the Pionieer DDJ RB controller does not connect all the functions ... the program can not see the microphone and headphones (they have 32 ohms) ... and the master output in the controller does not work at all. When I change the sound card to the ASO DDJ RB in the settings, an error pops up and returns to the master from the output jack on the computer.
