I’m sorry if this has been posted loads of times I just can’t seem to find the answer..
(I’m new to RekordBox)
I have upto 500 songs and every time I add a new song it takes up to 3 minutes just to analyse ONE SONG. All my songs are currently on my desktop in the same folder. I drag them onto the decks and I have to wait to near the end of each song to mix every time which is quite frustrating as you can imagine.
The other problem I’m having is that it crashes / lags sometimes during playing songs or when I’m using my mixer to find the next track?.
I have the latest of rekord box.
I have a pioneer rb.
Windows 10, 64bit
8GB Ram
Dual core.

First and foremost, it will analyse faster if you're not playing at that time. You can also change the analysis mode between "normal" and "performance" in the preferences which will allow the software to process multiple tracks simultaneously, depending on the number of cores available at the time.
You say "Dual core" for your processor, but what is the CPU, exactly?
Intel Celeron N2840 dual core 2.16GHz
8GB RAM. 1tb hard drive.
15.6 inch screen. Resolution 1366 x 768
Fixed the analyse problem now but I’m constantly either slow, lagging, crashing or becoming unresponsive. Any suggestions?.
There's your problem -- a CELERON processor is not supported; it does not meet the minimum Intel Core i3 (Or Core2Duo) processor requirement. Sorry!
