You're certain there's no export log created in your documents folder (I believe it's ~\Documents\rekordbox\export.log)?
I've had this issue since for the last two years now. Exporting a handful of playlists to USB, I get the Error Message. Sadly, there is no log file created. All my music that i'm exporting is from record pools, Amazon or Beatport. I double checked my file paths, file names, etc. With about 2000 tracks that i'm exporting, it is hard to pinpoint the exact song. My workflow then is to go through playlists and see where it got stuck, remove that song and then sync again, only to find another error 20-30 mins later. Happens with any USB drive or SD card.
Is there a way to put RB in debug mode or force it to generate a log file where I cans see what is causing this issue? Thanks
