These issues seem to be caused by a combination of old NVIDIA graphics card drivers and Windows 10 Fall Creators update. Please update your graphics driver from NVIDIA directly: http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
If the problem remains after updating, please do the following:
1) Change your Drawing rate setting in rekordbox: After launching rekordbox, open [Preferences] → [View] → [Waveform] to check [Waveform Drawing Rate]. Set it to Low. It may resolve the issue because rekordbox doesn't use OpenGL in Low mode.
2) Can you also check windows 10 configuration screen for resolution and zoom? This might trigger this issue as well.
