my chauvet intimidator spot 355z aren't working either. all my moving heads are by chauvet. this really sucks.

Dear Sir,
Atlabase fixture library had a missing information about shutter on the latest version.
They said that this problem was fixed. So please update fixture library on rekordbox by ver 1018 today.
You can try pushing [Lighting Mode]>[Fixture library]>["Ask the server if Fixture Library is updated.] button on the right side.
