The only thing you need to do is to change the database here:
If "The Vault" is connected and has the database, it will be available for you to select. rekordbox will prompt you when you select it.
Hi,
I have a master external drive that I call The Vault. I keep a ton of music on here.
I like to make smaller playlists and put them on a thumb drives for gigs...
After exporting my playlist, I closed Rekordbox, Ejected The Vault, and loaded Rekordbox again, this time with only my Thumbdrive attached.
Rekordbox said something about the Master Library drive missing etc. I clicked Load from Backup. Ok no big deal.
But, all the files in my master library still show up albeit without artwork.
Also, when I plugged The Vault back in and reloaded Rekordbox, all of my artwork is missing still...
What should I have done differently and is there anything I can do to get Rekordbox to see my Art again???
Thanks

I found one answer:
My Artwork was restored by going into:
rekordbox>Preferences>Advanced>Database:
Then under Rekordbox XML>Imported Library>Browse: I found the most recent XML (not the auto mix one...) on The Vault
Plus I Selected, The Vault under Database Management. (That's my master external drive...)
