I thought that was only for mac users I need a Windows utility pls
There aren't any Windows utilities to transfer your collection. A Windows version of Rekordbuddy has been promised for years, but so far there's not even a public beta.
This Reddit post explains how to run Rekordbuddy inside a macOS virtual machine, but this is only legal if you already own macOS.
You can also try this Python script that I wrote several months ago. It exports your Traktor collection to a rekordbox.xml file, which you can then import into Rekordbox. I can't guarantee that every beatgrid will be transferred perfectly, but at least it's free.
You'll need to install Python 3 and then run the following command:
python rekordbox-export.py "C:\path\to\collection.nml" "C:\path\to\rekordbox.xml"
there's an upcoming cross-platform 2.1beta release for rekordbuddy, no eta though
The only option is using virtualization (like VMWare) and use Rekordbuddy.
.... or you could use the DJ Conversion Utility (MacOS only as well)
I've created a white paper on how to use it on a Traktor Windows collection
and a video tutorial:
