Haven't had that happen to me but checking the files for errors might solve your problem.
If you're using MP3's, MP3 Scan+Repair is a free tool for Mac.
If you're using lossless files, simply re-encode them in iTunes.
Hope it helps!
I've had a few songs now where I've imported them in and the track duration is less than what is is in iTunes and it cuts off the end of the song.
I've had it both with a song downloaded from Beatport and one from Beatjunkies.
I delete it from my library and reimport it, but it's the same issue.
Anyone had this happen?

@Ani > As @Henrik says, it could be a damaged file, but it could be bad analysis or if you've modified the files in some way. Try renaming one of the files then import it again.
Another thing to check is "How long is the song (duration length)?" I have had issues with old vinyl rips of old school disco with no breaks, say over 12 minutes long (for instance Donna Summer MacArthur Park Suite 17 Minutes). I had to reanalyze but was able to get RB to play it. It didn't matter if they were Flac or MP3...
Let us know what you find!
I'm having the same issue but with different songs now - songs that previously were fine. Here's a video of the issue in action:
