Deleted a post which inaccurately replied that the XDJ-RX supports FLAC, which it does NOT in EXPORT mode; only in PERFORMANCE mode can the XDJ-RX be used as a controller to play back those audio files within the software. The hardware itself does not support FLAC, either from a USB drive or by ProDJ Link.

no, also rx2 is not able to Play flac natively. you can only Play flac files when using rb in perf mode
Sorry, I may have steered you wrong with respect to your XDJ-RX and Flacs (thought you wanted to know about Rekordbox Export Mode and flacs), and Pulse deleted my response.
Rekordbox DJ most certainly works with FLAC files, but not with your controller (XDJ-RX), I use FLAC Tracks all the time in Export and Performance mode (but with the DDJ-SX2 and DDJ-1000).
I thought your original question was if Rekordbox Export mode worked with Flacs, and I know it does. It does not import all tags though so you may have to manually add them to the Flac files in your collection (I mentioned Key field as one of them). In Export Mode you can do everything you normally would with a track (Analyze, Beatgrid,Tag, Comment, etc.). Once in Rekordbox, Flacs work great if your controller supports them (sorry looks like the XDJ-RX does not), and the sound quality is very impressive compared to high bitrate MP3s.
Anyway If you have questions on FLAC Tracks and RB DJ Export Mode let me know. A majority of my tracks are in that format! They sound great, and are easy enough to manage.
