Yup, I do that now - just export the database to your external USB device, and then move the music as well. Follow the instructions here.

Transferring Rekordbox collection to new PC
Hey
I'm going to buy a new computer. Therefor I was wondering if it's possible transport my playlists and songs, with my dj-USB which contains of all of my songs. Instead of buying a new USB, and having to make all the playlists one more time.

Done this as per the instructions and now cannot open the file. When I drag it to play it says cannot find the file. Is there something simple am missing

@Ian > Those instructions are a simple work-around and best for if your music is already on an external drive, but the best way to move between computers is via File > Library > Backup Library on the old computer, then File > Library > Restore Library on the new computer.
When you moved the database, did you also move the music files themselves?
