Issues exporting and hardware issues

I’m having issues with the software rekordbox. Multiple things which are very difficult to describe. I’m having trouble sync managing tracks from the program onto my USB drive and external hard drive. Also, when I do have limited success exporting them, they are either damaged, corrupted, or missing. Sometimes when I load a track into a deck, it will play automatically with no queue start point. And when I pause it, it will loop an 1/8th note for no reason. I have rekordbox 4.5 and cannot figure out how to update it either. I would REALLY like to see someone in person to fix these issues, for I have had no luck doing so on my own. Thank you.

The first issue (export / playback) may be due to a low quality USB drive. What make / model are you using?

As for the "1/8th" loop -- that's probably because you're not in vinyl mode, and what you're hearing is what we refer to as "stutter cue." It's simply repeating the 1 frame of audio where the play head is currently positioned. This was the only way to cue a track on a CDJ before vinyl mode was created, and it remains as a legacy feature to this day. To prevent that from happening, simply enable vinyl mode.

Is there a reason you haven't yet updated from rekordbox 4.5? We're currently at version 5.4.
