back up failure 5.4.0

Hi I've tried to do a full backup of my library but it has failed twice at 44%

If I just backup my collection without music it works fine.

My Pc just runs Rekordbox and has more than enough space to do a backup.

Any ideas please.

This have started happening me to. I have DDJ-RZ and RBDJ v.5.4.0 also.

I think I read to check if have missing files but I have not have time to check it myself

It's possible that the path length of the files and folders being created for backup would exceed 256 characters, thus it stops.

What is the drive format of the destination? If it's FAT32 and the library size exceeds 2GB, it will fail.

My library is a lot larger than 2gb and it is set as ntfs format.

I didn't have a problem before

I have a pretty large library but run on Win 10, strong PC with very new SSD from Samsung, everything on NTFS off course.

I also did not have this trouble before

Tried again tonight still unable to back up music library.

Collection backup works fine

@Nighlife.

In regards to missing tracks - you don't need to check one by one. Let rekordbox do that for you.
File -> Display All Missing Files

Are you guys backup including the files or without? If you did including the files, what happens when backing up without them? Does that work?
