You should plug your cables from the scarlett line outputs 3-10 to the line inputs on your mixer, then route the channels on your software of choice (traktor?)
I dont understand why you wouldn't use the native soundcard on the djm. Audio Quality?
Remember, if you run the DJM sound card you'll have a 100% digital path;
Running the scarllet you'll add many ad/da conversions (digital to analog out (to rca) from the scarlett, analog to digital into the mixer, then digital to analog to the rca's out, and analog to digital into the scarlett, loosing some audio quality.
