Could certainly be an indicator of your computer's performance; what's the spec on your computer? Have you checked that there are no other background tasks occupying the processing?

Rekordbox HID mode lag issue
Just set up HID mode in Rekordbox with a couple of CDJ 900's. There is some serious lagging and glitching going on. The reverse button, loops and slip mode functions are no where near as responsive as when you playing on the decks with say direct a USB pendrive.
Also after about an hour today, the tracks starting glitching and skipping as well to the point i had to stop.
Is there anyway this can be improved? I don't really know anything about latency or what setting on preferences change what.
