Official comment
When you installed the drivers, did you disable the driver security? If not, install the drivers again, disable the security, then install them once again.

Not detecting XDJ-RR on Sound Output Devices
1 - Have downloaded and installed drivers on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
2 - USB cable works as can use as a controller
3 - Intention is to use it with Traktor...
