It could be the fader has failed. Is this problem when you are using the AERO as a controller or while playing back from a USB drive?
The firmware is updated to 3.0. The pitch slider was working fine until recently when I tried to move it up to slow the tempo and it keeps stationary on 0.00% except when it's all the way up then it changes to -6.00%, -10.0% or -16.0% depending on the tempo range chosen. If I try to make the song faster (pulling the fader from 0 to +) it works normally. Deck 2 is fine as well.
I need help to make it work again, any clue? Would a hard reset do any service? If so can anyone tell me how to hard reset?

On my AERO the tempo fader to the right failed quite similar to yours. + and - areas behaving differently, jumping etc. This is most likely due to the electrical filter failing because of moisture or possibly low quality electrical parts. I did measure the single parts and found a bad capacitor, but as the full tempo fader board is quite cheap, I ordered a new one and replaced it, keeping the old one for repair and a quick switch if one of the remaining dies in the future.
Opening the AERO is easy, but time consuming, because this device has more screws than I have ever seen in such a formfactor, and this is positive, I think, in terms of design. When you are doing the repair yourself, be sure to find out the screw tightening order! Never do repairs without a service manual.
The AERO is absolutely worth the repair.
