Intellegent playlists across multiple collections?

I use one single 128gb USB for my gigs with a back up of course. 

Most of the music on there was done using rekordbox on my old laptop. However over the last 2 years I've been using rekordbox on my new laptop and adding music to the 128gb USB that way. So I have been using 2 versions of rekordbox on 2 differnet machines to sycn music to 1 device. 

If I have intelligent playlists on my device will it source music that has been synced from both laptops or only from the laptop I used to create the intellegent playlists?
