Hi guys,
I'm using currently 2 new Macbook Pros. 15" and also an 13". Booth from 2017.
My 15" is currently by Apple in Service. Maybe there is any hardware mistake.
With it I had every nights 2-3 Dropouts.
I've test it so many ways with my 15". Change Latency, disable Video, delete Database, using Sierra, High Sierra and also Mojave. With every Os I had the same issue. Also delete SMC or Ram. So maybe its an hardware issue.
Now I'm using my second Macbook 13". Also a new one.
Also with it I had dropouts from 2-3 seconds by master output. Horrible if you are stay for a few 1000 peoples :(
Ok, I've delete my MacBook Pro 13" and made it new with Mojave. Waiting an half day before installing any hard drive or App. After waiting I installed Rb. Read my DB new in Rekordbox. By analyzing Video Files (Only mp4) I became after reading a few 1000 songs an crash. Can I send it to anyone to show what's the issue?
Here my steps I do, to fix my dropout problems:
-change any cable.
-using without any adapter
-change my hard drive to Lacie 2big with 20Tb.
-using only Rekordbox, FileZilla, Safari and Imovie on booth Macs. Thats not much I think.
-using only Mp3 and Mp4
Maybe any Support Teamer can contact me? Maybe to see on my Mac with Teamviewer?
I think that's not possible 2 new Macbook Pros are defect. No no no :P
Using DDJ 1000 and Cdj 2000 and higher.
Hope you can assist me :)
Thanks
Greetings Armin
