From what I know, the SB2 is a preconfigured device within VDJ2018 and should be able to plug-and-play. Have you tried their forums for assistance?

DDJ-SB2 Help please. cue button flashing controller not working
Im trying to use my ddj-sb2 on VDJ8 but when connecting the cue button is just flashing on my controller and not connecting? can anyone help with this please? if i download the new VDJ2018 trial it works on that so dont understand why it wont work on my VDJ8?
