Do CDJs come with a Rekordbox license?

Hi all, I'm considering buying a used CDJ-2000nexus and DJM-900nexus set-up and was wondering if these are supposed to come with a free Rekordbox license and if so whether it is somehow linked to the hardware or whether it can/needs to be transferred from the previous user to the next. Thanks :)

Here's the list of products that ships with a rekordbox dj license (to use PERFORMANCE mode); all other products can use rekordbox for free in EXPORT mode.

If another user is selling a license, it can be transferred, but they must first deactivate it from their computers and file a ticket with our support team to release the license from their Pioneer DJ account.
