Cue points aren't always on the money

Hey Guys

For a while now I have been unable to set each and every cue point exactly where I want it. The vast majority of cue's go exactly on the beat of the bar, but every now and then I want to set a cue point directly on the line indicating the beat, but it jumps minutely from side to side of that line and never truely lands on the line. This is super infuriating to deal with, and I have the idea that it will affect the accuracy of looping, etc. 

I've tried different mouses, changing mouse sensitivity, updating to newer versions of rekordbox without any luck. 

Does anyone else have this problem? I've asked some of my friends and they have never come across this issue with their analyzing.
