DDJ SX2 Jog wheel issue

Hi Team,
Im sure this is a wierd but i think the jog wheel on my SX2 has some kind off defect.
The silver color on top of the jog wheel seems.to be coming off.
I only use a dry cloth to wipe my player and am using a UDJ case to protect it so im not sure how this is happening.

Kindly suggest what can be done.

I've never seen that happening before -- it could certainly be due to a reaction with your body chemistry.

If you're looking to replace / repair the jogs, my recommendation would be to contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have it inspected. Another option would be to purchase decals to place over the jog surface, there are many providers online and some will even do custom skins for the entire DDJ, including jogs.

Not sure what you mean by 'reaction with your body chemistry'.

I've thought of going to a Pioneer Store to have it checked but I ran out of warranty last month.

I too was thinking of getting decals for the jogs but I cant find someone in India to do it for me.

What I mean is the material is being affected by your body's oils.

There are decal companies that ship globally, so perhaps that's an option.
