RECORDBOX ERROR CODE 19
I have a problem with rekordbox.
I bought a NEW Pioneer DDJ-RB and I've registered it on rekordbox with my account. After about 4 month I've formatted my PC and now when I go to activate my license I see an error message that say "The license key entered is used by another rekordbox account. A single license key can not be used for multiple rekordbox accounts. Error code: 19".
The real problem is that this is my only account I've registered on rekordbox and the DDJ-RB I bought is NEW!! I NEED HELP PLEASE
