I have a DDJ-SX3 which falls under the umbrella of devices which were recalled. On Thursday while at a gig, the sound went out and the board had its own light show with the LEDs flicking on and off. I updated the drivers and contacted the number on the site to have this issue corrected. However I need my player for gigs every week. Is there any way to get expedited shipping to and from the user to have this problem resolved apart from using FedEx ground which will take 4 days to get my player from Alabama to California? I did all the necessary process in acquiring a work reference number and what not but I am not about to go without my player for 2 weeks to resolve this issue. If I cannot receive expedited shipping can I get a voucher to replace it with one that is not on the recall list.
