Also, both my CDJs are running version 4.10, so I don't believe the firmware is the issue.

Not Loaded, Error E-8302 Player Error (C611)
I can't even get the demo tracks that come preloaded on rekordbox to play through my CDJ-2000 white limited edition decks.
I have it linked via ethernet cables through a hub that is connected to the router, both my CDJ-2000s, my DJM-900 nexus, and my Mac mini (Late 2014) running Mojave version 10.14.1. My decks and mixer show up in rekordbox, and the player 1&2 icons are lit on the CDJ screen, so I know it's not a connection issue.
The problem is I can't drag tracks from rekordbox, on my computer, to the deck without getting the same error. I'd appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

Have you tried disabling the firewall?

I did, and it still shows the same error message. I've set up the firewall to accept all rekordbox connection attempts, since I don't like the idea of taking down the firewall as a long term solution.
