Chances are your speakers are processing the audio, causing a delay in the output, which is recognized as being out of sync with your headphones. Please disable any audio processing or use a different set of speakers.
I bought DDJ RB yesterday, and I was very excited, but when I started mixing, my headphones (BEATS SOLO3) were not synchronized with the speakers. I already tried to connect them from the laptop and from the DDJRB, but the problem continues. PLEASE HELP :(

Make sure bluetooth wireless is turned off on the Beats Solo.
Do you have another pair of headphones to try to see if they are in sync? Any headphones will work for a test e.g. earbuds that came with your phone
Im gonna try with other speakers. My Beats Solo has AUX, so the bluetooth is not a problem. I am worried because if I occupy the audio output of the laptop (connecting only the usb) it also generates the same problem. I do not think my headphones are the problem, but I will also try other headphones.
Anything that processes the audio will introduce a delay to the signal path, causing a loss of sync. rekordbox itself does not posses the capacity to delay either signal.
