What if you don't use the sync manager and just try to export?

RekordBox Corrupt Library
Hey All,
So I've just updated to RekordBox 5.4.2 and everytime I sync to a new flashdrive it will sync the playlist (and work on the cdj) but as soon as i try to enter the flash drive into my PC, it says "this device is corrupt" and wants to format the flash drive?
Anyone else having these problems?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this matter?

I have this same issue, i am not using sync manager either and it is manually exporting
