Need some MAJOR tech support for my Pioneer DDJSX3 !! Even with latest firmware...My board is still crashing when running a PC with Virtual DJ and a mac with Serato after 2 hours of vigorous scratching, juggling, tweaking knobs and faders. Just straight up crashes...lights go out etc...music just cuts off.
Using in a nightclub!!

No, it does not. I just filled out the repair request form to ship out to you, but we got rid of the box it came in. How do you propose we package and ship it back? I'm not paying to package this thing. Also, how long will this take? Need this done in a timely fashion

Now I need to figure out how to get this packaged up.
Our teams are working to repair and return the units as quickly as possible, typically in less than a week, and the cost for shipping is covered - but you will have to provide adequate packaging to protect it in shipping to the repair center.

Who is "them" ??? I AM asking "them" ...YOU! You guys are Pioneer! I just called Pioneer and they gave me a run around and gave me some # to Pac Parts" WTH! Get your stuff together! I need my board NOW!!! You work with Pioneer...My ARA Ref # is: 16577484

When you got your ARA #, who did you speak to? Who gave you that number? That would be the "them" to whom I'm referring.
Who did you ship the unit TO? Besides an address, were you given any other contact information? Have you tried reaching out to them?
Hi Pioneer Team. I've bought a new DDJ SX3, with the dot that represents the fact that it was fixed, and last night I've had my first gig with it, and it had one strange crash. Without touching anything, the music stopped for 3-5 seconds, and instead it made a sound like a high pitch constant buzz. Without doing anything to it, the music came back on (it continued playing on serato). Did you hear anybody else with this problem? I've updated the firmware and everything...
