Are you possibly trying to play a song from Apple Music, or a cloud-based song, rather than one you have purchased and downloaded on your hard drive?

Xml error
I keep getting xml error when trying to play itunes songs.
Yes ive activated the itunes in layout in rekordbox
Yes ive activated share itunes library xml with other programs
So the songs are imported in recordbox correctly but wont play them. It says "can not play song. File is not supported by rekordbox"
