There are different modes with the paid version, Export and Performance. You need to be in Export mode when using Pro Link. There's a drop down menu in the top left hand corner to switch modes.

DJ Pro Link Rekordbox
For my drive-in shows I need a lot of music. That's why I always use a laptop with DJ Pro Link. Never updated the software, because it works fine.I have a new MacBook Pro and downloaded the newest version of Rekordbox. Now it is a payed version of RB; That is not a big issue. Only now I can't get any link with my CDJ-2000NXS and DJM900. Is that because I still have an trail-version, or is it the software. Nothing is changed between switching RB-software.
I checked all cables and installed the latest firmware to be sure, that's not it...
Thanx

I know you must be in export mode, but still no link button...
try using USB cable instead of RJ45
Thanx. I know, that's working. But RJ45 has some advantages. It was working before... hmmmm..... anyone?

good to know, could you please tell me what RJ45 connection bring in addition to 3 USB-C cable connection (one in the DJM 900 , 2 for the 2 CDJ 2000). I've never succeed in connecting my Mac Book Pro with the RJ45 connection, so i don't know what is the difference but it seems better according to you. thank in advance for the info or link so i can dig into that + how to properly connect them.
Best

Your CDJ's and DJM are connected as one. Beatcounter is synchronised within CDJ and DJM. you drop music files in the laptop in your CDJ and loads up. When you save Hotceys and loops, your Rekordbox database is directly synchronised.
