Official comment
It saves the changes to the USB. To update rekordbox with those changes, when you re-connect the USB drive, right-click on the drive and select "Update my Collection."

Beat grid adjust on XDJ / does it write/save to USB?
If I'm at a gig and need to adjust a beat grid, when I take my USB stick out of the deck, then go to another venue to play, will that adjustment be written/saved to my USB drive? Or will I have to adjust it again*
Let's imagine I have 2 gigs in one night and don't have access to Rekordbox.
