DVS

Hello, I have had a ddj-rx for 1 year now and have been using rekordbox DJ to run it. I just bought 2 plx 500 turntables and then bought and activated the rekordbox DVS software. I have 2 rekordbox vinyl encoded records. I can not figure out how to get the DVS to work. When I go to preferences and then DVS, I do not have the last box, like I see in the set up manual. This box is called 'routing settings'. I honestly hope someone can help me with this. I have tried the manual, tried calling Pioneer DJ (which recommended me to come here), I have tried everything that I can think of.. just hoping a pioneer tech will help me with this.
