Tracks exported to usb not visible on CDJ

I exported a playlist from Rekordbox to an usb. When I check the usb on my laptop I can see the tracks are there. However when I insert my usb in my CDJ it says NO files. Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be? Thanks!

1) Your USB is not formatted in a method the CDJ recognizes.

2) The USB drive has multiple partitions.
