Export Playlist question

If some of my playlists have same songs, when I export those playlists the files will be in my usb 2 times or 1 time and i see my files in my usb as i see them in my collection???

The audio file will appear just once. Playlists just contain references to the audio file. You can search your USB stick in Explorer or Finder and you'll see there's just the one instance of each audio file
