DDJ-400 Freezing in the Middle of Mixing.

Hi, I have a major issues here, with my DDJ400, few weeks ago I sent a ticket and I followed the instruction to reset PRAM and closing all unused apps and wireless network, it works for a while. but I don't know why this problem will appear again anytime and suddenly. I tried to follow all the instruction to adjust the audio buffer but it dont works for me, the controller will keep not responding and stuck in the middle of mixing music. the strage thing is as displayed on the macbook screen, the ddj is responding on activities like play pause or even jog movement, but when look at the ddj400 all looks freezing not working and not responding, the only blinking buttons is the hotcue, loop etc. (please see the attached video). the temporary fix is just plug unplug the device but if this problem appear in the middle of gigs what should I do? please help me pioneer support, this is great controller but still have issues and I trust all of you guys! Yes, you should certainly disable TimeMachine and Spotlight Indexing while DJing.

Not good. Do you have Bluetooth WiFi and timemachine running while using the ddj400?

I already turned off the wifi and bluetooth right before opening rekordbox and start playing, except the timemachine I never heard that necessary..

Time machine used to make my ddj1000 glitch out on my iMac.

@pulse thank you for responding me, I tried to disable time machine and spotlight indexing but the problem still appear, the freeze!! have you look at my attached video? what do you think about this problem? please help me :( I had to perform this week!!

I have the same problem! I unplug de DDJ 400 and no more freeze but is a bad issue, other problem I have is a headphone buzzing, this problem happens with virtual dj and rekordbox.
