What is the format of the USB drive(s) in question? FAT32 / HFS+ / NFTS / exFAT?
Are the USB drives showing up within the DEVICES section of rekordbox?
Are you trying to export from EXPORT or PERFORMANCE mode?
I recently had to reinstall Rekordbox due to a Google born virus. After I reinstalled I could no longer export recently bought tracks to the USB I was using before the reinstall. I also can no longer export playlists that I have created to any of the USB's in my collection.

The USB is FAT32. Yes it is showing up in devices. The mode is set to Normal and not performance.
@Matthew > That's the analysis mode (and you should set it to "Performance" as that will analyse multiple tracks at once!), the question was to determine if you were in the "DJ" performance mode of the software, or if you were using the "preparation" export mode - you can tell at the top left.
If you have a USB drive that you can format to FAT32 (making sure it's Master Boot Record), give it a unique (new) name that hasn't been used before, and try exporting again.
