We'd need a bit more information on what you're trying to export -- what are the filetypes within that playlist? What is the drive format?
Whenever I try to export a playlist with my iMac it just exports the folders, no tracks. I do they same thing on my PC and it works fine. What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to export mp3's and it does not work with a brand new sd card and I also tried with a USB and External Hard Drive. Or if Format means FAT32 that.
I tried formatting a sd card with all the different formats on the mac and none worked.
@Matthew > If the SD card is an SDXC device, it's not compatible; only SDHC cards are supported in the CDJs, so while it may export from rekordbox, it won't read in the player. You can use this device if you connect it via a USB reader.
As for the other drives you tried, can you tell me if they possibly have more than one partition?
It is a HDSC device. It is a problem with the iMac as when I use all the devices on my pc they work flawlessly. They do not have more than one partition. As I have said I can do this on my pc.
Can I just add I also have a problem importing in the iMac. I have to drag and drop?
The files I am trying to import are stored on the iMac itself.
Sorry, I'm not sure what you're doing where this could be going wrong - can you please provide me with a bit more detail as to what you're doing in the export process on the Mac? And can you please confirm (with a screen-shot) that the SD card you're exporting to is formatted to FAT32 Master Boot Record? Thank you.
Can you download and watch the videos?
