Pressing the 'Search' button allows you to skip through tracks or load the next track.
Pressing the 'Search' button with the 'Shift' button allows you to jump through Memory Cue points.
I would like to reverse this functionality.
Pressing the 'Search' button without Shift should jump through Memory Cue points and pressing it with Shift should load the next track.
Is that possible?

yes. however you will have to remap those buttons yourself using the midi section found top right near the settings cog in rekordbox.
