DJM250mk2 & DVS problem

Hello

I have been using a setup of "American Audio TTD 2400 USB" on one side and "American Audio TTD 2400 USB" on another, "DJM250mk2" and MacBook Pro Mid 2012 running macOS Mojave for a while now.

After the recent update of rekordbox the TTD 2400 USB stopped responding to control vinyl signal correctly.

First signs of problems were such: a rekordbox would play a song in a reverse direction. Then after struggling on this issue I have seen it play weirdly, not playing at all or playing OK for a minute and then all of a sudden switching back to weird again, but no reverse anymore.

For troubleshooting I have tried the following steps: 

1. Tried configure and calibrate DVS functionality in rekordbox.

2. Cleaned control vinyls and switched them between players.

3. Switched players in mixer inputs.

4. Switched needles (I have several, none did work).

5. Switched cables (Same as with needles).

6. Reinstalled rekordbox

7. Updated firmware on DJM (from 1.05 to 1.06)

8. Updated macOS to the latest version available

9. Finally I tried switching PHONO-LINE

 

None worked.

One important thing to mention: the real records would play just fine on this!

The USB player wouldn't play with DVS while it's USB-less brother would do it's job perfectly no matter needle, cable, mixer input channel etc

Should it be mixer, gramophone or software? How should I fix this?

One thing I would like to do is try legacy rekordbox, say a version I had couple of weeks ago. However, I couldn't find any links to older 5th versions of the software.

This issue has almost ruined a radio show (luckily we could still mix on 1 deck and then simulate the broken one with internal signal). I took it down and spent several hours digging forums, Youtube etc to find out about this issue and I was disappointed I couldn't find an e-mail or phone contact to reach support. I tried to log in with my rekordbox account over here, but the login page would just continue to reload and nothing else happens.

Dear Pioneer, thins have gone too wrong with this situation, hope you can help me fix it ASAP. I am gutted.

Have you allowed rekordbox access to the mic? Without this setting enabled, rekordbox can't acquire input signal from the mixer, regardless of what else you have configured.

There needs to be a check-box beside rekordbox for this to function.

Hey, thanks!

It was checked, but I have taken the tick away and put it back and it seemed to work. However, only been able to check it on DJM900nxs2 yet.
