the right green moving head will allow me to change colour on my controller but the white left moving head will not change colour

I have 2 spot duo cheauvet and 2 heads are same colour for example green but the other 2 heads always stay on white , any idea why , was not like this before as ive had them for a while , whith out dmx they work fine , av jus updated to latest version record box

What if you swap the hardware addresses of that unit and the other (which you say are both white)?

thanks, I had to change channel 20 to 17 and change it on the software as seen in pic , it was on Chanel 20 before tho , don't why tho
