PS: I have used many different flash drives and sd cards, but they all have the same problem.

FollowExporting Errors
I've been using Rekordbox since the beginning. I'm on Mac OSX Mojave, my audio files are on an external HD. When exporting wavs and aiffs to a flash drive I get "an error occurred while exporting" with practically EVERY track. When I re-initiate the export it seems the exported track is on the flash drive, i.o.w. the RB constantly encounters a problem when finishing export of a track. It works fine with mp3's. I've had this problem for a long time, but always switched to RB 2 for exporting, where I do not have this problem. I'm using 8 cue points now, so that's no longer an option, but neither is exporting every audiofile one per one, clicking "ok" after each one.
I'm a pro. There is nothing wrong with the audiofiles themselves.
Please advice.

Further development: The situation seems to have bettered by deleting older versions of RB and/or selecting the external HD as my database management, as opposed to my laptop HD. Not errorfree yet though.
Which version of rekordbox are you actually using? If you're mixing older versions, that may be part of the problem, but one thing you can try to narrow down the export issue is to re-analyse a handful of tracks you know have issues exporting (it will re-do the beat grid, but you won't lose any hot cues, etc), and try to export them again after analysis.
The newest version, 5.4.3. But effectively, I reanalyzed the tracks analyzed by older versions, and it seems to be ok for now. Thanks! If any problems reoccur, I'll let you know, for the sake of other people possibly experiencing the same.
Please do -- there had been some changes to the analysis data over versions, but it would be good to know if that persists with newer analysis.

I'm using Rekordbox 6 with OS Win 10.
I keep getting Export Error how can I solve this problem I've recently upgraded to 6 version this never occurred with version 5??
@DESMOND > Open the export log file in your Documents\rekordbox folder and take a look at the file to see why files weren't exported.
