Unable to Search tracks

Hello I am still trying to get my issue resolved 8 months later. Can someone please help me as its causing a lot of frustration.

I have XDJ-RX2 controller and XDJ-900 MK2 & DJM-900NXS2 and the issue persists on ALL hardware. When entering specific search terms, the correct results are not being displayed when using the search function (HOLD Browse button), only a few results are returned from my external WD Passport 1TB drive. I HAVE exported correctly many times using the sync manager in Rekordbox and it is the latest version. When doing the same search within Rekordbox software, all the tracks are returned without issue. All my tracks are correctly labelled with Artists name, title etc and i have verified this via the label flyout in RB.

I have also setup a cloud drive share with my database in it for review.
