Each channel allows you to select which input you want to use. You can choose USB A / Phono-Line / USB B.
By your example set Channels 1 and 2 to USB A and Channels 3 and 4 to USB B.

Configuring RekordBox in a Pioneer DDJ-1000
Hello,
I wanted to make the following configuration in my DDJ-1000 and I do not know if it will be possible:
- By USB A I have connected a laptop working with two Decks (A and B), these two decks by default go to channels 1 and 2 of the DDJ-1000.
- On USB B I have another laptop connected and I want this laptop in Decks A and B to go to channels 3 and 4 of the DDJ-1000. By default to use channels 3 and 4 with this second laptop would have to use this laptop with the configuration of 4 decks to work with 3 and 4 and this is what I do not want to do. I just want to work with the view of two Decks.
It is possible that Decks A and B of the second laptop connected by USB B go to channels 3 and 4 of the DDJ1000 ???
I think that using a tiny controller AKAI type I can map the rekordbox on the second laptop connected by usb B to work as I explain, but I'm not sure.

I think that you have not understand me.
What you mention to me already knew how to do it. what I want is to connect USB A Deck A to channel 3 of the controller and Deck B to four. by default comes Deck A to channel 1, Deck B to channel 2, Deck C to channel 3 and deck D to channel 4.
I want to route Deck A and Deck B to posts 3 and 4 (and not to 1 and 2 as they come by default).
