Could you provide the Pioneer staff with more details like firmware on the DDJ, Rekordbox version, OS of computer.

Occasional channel silence
Not sure if this is software or hardware (ddj1000) related
I’ve had two instances in last week where I cue a track up on channel 1 and can hear it in headphones fine, but when I go to mix it in by putting channel fader up it’s not playing out of the master (channel 2 at this point is still playing fine out of master)
If I select the track and reload it, the track suddenly starts playing out of master along with channel two ?

Windows 10 8th Gen i5 pc with 8gb ram.
Controller and software on latest versions.

Unfortunately there's not much to go on... we'd need to know more specifics about what you did prior to loading the track, whether you had any FX engaged, etc. A video of it happening would certainly help, but I understand it's intermittent and may be difficult to capture, just as it's difficult for us to trace without knowing what to look for. Thanks!
