Hi. I'm having an issue with the sync manager in which I can not access the iTunes column. I can view my playlists and tracks but I can not see the analysis.

Hi. Yes. I've checked both things and these match exactly. Still I can not see the analysis of the tracks and neither can export them.
Do you happen to have the "Keep iTunes Media folder organized" box ticked?
Or have you possibly recently moved to a new computer / updated the OS?
The "keep iTunes media folder organized " box is not ticked. Also, yes I have recently updated my iOS to Mojave as I upgraded my hard disk in my iMac. What do I do now? Please guide.
