So... I had a debit card that expired... and then, of course, because my RB subscription was on that card, it expired too.
No problem I thought. I just log in and purchase a new subscription with a new card. But the problem is, I cannot deactivate my old/expired license key so that I can activate the new one. I keep getting deactivation error code 22.
I submitted a ticket. Should be a quick fix right? I had to wait two days for a response, and when it finally came, it didn’t work (I got sent a .bat file as a patch to fix the issue, but it didn’t work).
Now, I’ve been waiting another two days for another response (I haven’t received one yet). I’m going on almost a week of waiting for someone to help me out and I’m getting really frustrated. AND I’m starting to panic because I’ve got gigs this week...
Should I just completely wipe all traces of RB off my system and just reinstall? What are some issues that might occur if I try that? Is pioneer always this slow in helping customers?! Has anyone else had this issue?
